Terms of Service

All consulting and development engagements presented on this site are provided by RecapBook LLC, a US-registered limited liability company. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and invoices are issued by RecapBook LLC.

Deposits secure a scheduled engagement and are applied toward the total project cost. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Unless otherwise agreed, work product is transferred to the client upon full payment.
